Machine Man
Aaron Stack, also know as Mister Machine, was introduced by Marvel back in July 1977. Originally created by Jack Kirby for 2001: A Space Odyssey #8. He achieved his own series of comics in 1978 due to popularity. He was sadly cancelled but was relaunched several times over the years.
I was reading Marvel Zombies and Machine Man was featured, I knew I had to make him. When making him I decided, that I wanted to add some gore. This would be made by having a Zombie on the floor of a stand, with Machine Man standing over him. The effects were to make it look like the Zombie was still alive, but severely damaged. I added the head to the base with the eyeball popping out, and opted for an open chest style carcass. Added blood splatter which can be removed from the torso, adds to the effect.
I loved this character in the Warren Ellis next wave comics when he joined the H.A.T.E team (Highest Anti-Terrorism Effort), and later in the Marvel Zombies run.
